The day started early but successfully, with The Peewees finding form, and some teamwork, to defeat the Bears, at Canterbury. Highlight being in the third period where they passed 9 times in control before scoring. Well done, Peewees, great to see some training, finally sinking in.
Next saw our Atoms lead the Eagles, all game, untill the fianl minute, where theEagles  snuck a goal in to be beat us by one.
A dash  to our home ice, for the Bantams game of games, against The Flyers. A close match, with some great saves by both goalies, saw us narrowly defeated by what their own supporters, say was a lucky win. Well, they wont be so lucky next time, as our boys can beat this team, and have done so in the past.
Midgets up next against The Allstars, saw a tuff game from both sides, with big hits from the start, continuing all game. Another  close game where we again finished second, but this one was marred by some poor sportsmanship on our behalf.
Everyone, please heed this warning, I for one, have no place for bad sportsmanship or negative barracking, and would like not, to see it again, from our club. Offenders will warm the benches, or have to seek other clubs to play with, as you will be penalised for a game, a season, or a lifetime.
Off to Penrith, to watch The Ice Dogs, soundly defeat The Bears,
followed by The Cardinals, adding another notch, to their victory belt.
With the draw seeming to change weekly, please stay in contact with your manager and or coach, to confirm game times, and good luck to all those trying out for representative honours.

Hope to see you all soon on the ice I will cover as many games as possible
STRESS LESS RELAX AND ENJOY YOUR TIME ON THE ICE
