We are proud to announce the format for the 2010/2011 Summer season at LCC Saints.
We have made several changes to our format, having previously always run a development program and an open age competition, this year our aim is to get as many players at all standard playing and enjoying a summer of game play. We are also offering an opportunity for our top end Bantam and Midget players to play full contact hockey all year round.
Saints Summer D-League
A development competition aimed at players of mixed ability aged 13 and under. This competition will be Strictly Non-Contact and will have no slap shots allowed.
Saints Summer R-League
A recreational competition aimed at players of mixed ability aged 13 and over. This competition will be Strictly Non-Contact.
Saints Summer E-League
A competitive league open, to all 2010 Bantam’s and Midget’s. This competition will be Full Contact.

All Saints Summer activities in 2010/2011 will be IHNSW sanctioned and as such players must be IHNSW registered*

Each competition will contain 5 teams of 12 players and a goalie; each team will play approximately 20 games plus finals

Games will be 3 x 15 mins running time. Last 5 mins stopped time in E-League only

Teams will be picked utilizing a draft system to ensure parity

Summer leagues commence at the end of September with a 1 week break for the holidays and concluded at the end of January
