Build and maintain a strong team culture within the committee.
Prepare for and facilitate committee succession.
Consult web developers on web-based systems for running the club.
Consult LCC management, where required.
Prepare agenda for, book room and chair committee meetings.
Write LCC club journal articles Arrange room, prepare for and chair AGMs.
Write disciplinary letters to offending club members.
Promote harmony within the club and the committee.
Advise committee members on issues of protocol.
Post items on the club website Compile and send Zone! Newsletters.
Edit all important written correspondence.

Responsibilities:

Support and assist the President of the Club.
Regularly attend all committee meetings.
To support and assist wherever possible fellow committee members.
Support the committee’s majority decisions and overall club objectives.

Responsibilities:

Report at committee meetings on all relevant correspondence received. Attend and report Saints information, issues and concerns at intra-club meetings.
Report to the committee outcomes of intra-club meetings.
Communicate any Saints concerns to IHNSW and other clubs.
Be first point of contact with the Saints club regarding any enquiries, forwarding outcomes of these communications on to the relevant body or committee member.
Promote the LCC Saints Ice Hockey Club, wherever possible.
consistent, regular contact with the committee at all times.
Promote the LCC Sports Complex Pro Shop as a priority.
Communicate with LCC Saints members through the Saints website.
Attend committee meetings on a regular basis and record minutes.
Attend coaches & managers meetings on a regular basis and record minutes.
Offer support to the committee in any way possible.

Responsibilities:

Keep accurate accounting records.
Pay all club accounts by due date, members out of pocket club related expenses.
Participate in and organise collection of club funds (rego, training fee, fund raising, BBQ etc)
Seek and co-ordinate volunteers for fee collection Ensure club funds are banked within 2 days of collection.
Suggest fees to the committee for approval.
Set pricing for merchandise, drinks, etc
Liaise with LCC in regards to treasuring matters.
Hand over books on request to LCC for spot audit.
Have all club records ready for audit by LCC each December.
Request a report from the auditor, to be sent to IHNSW with the coming year’s affiliation fee, by February each year.
Prepare a financial statement ready for the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Issue a report for the AGM Lodge member accepted financial statement following AGM with the Dept of Fair Trading.
Pay Certificate of Incorporation fee to Dept Fair Trading.
Organise signatures for club bank account.
Help prepare the Club budget for the LCC Board Oversee and ensure all registrations are paid to IHNSW accurately, and on time.
Organise and participate in audits of all club property Liaise with IHNSW from time to time regarding club matters.
Notify IHNSW of any unfinancial member at the end of each year.
Be available to all members.
Attend committee meetings.
Appointed club delegate to attend all IHNSW meetings at Homebush.
Represent club at IHNSW Committee and Senior Committee meetings
Summer comp director.
 

Sheldon Trynchy

Responsibilities:

Organise exposure for events via communication with LCC media company (e.g. local or state newspaper articles).
Communicate important information to members via the Club website including.
- What’s On
- The Zone! newsletter
- SMS communication
- The Forum
Keep website updated and amend as required.
Propose innovative marketing ideas, as required.
Co-ordinate technical hockey activities (e.g. officials and coaching courses).
Respond to expressions of interest requests from ‘Contact Us’ on the website.
Act as an initial contact and information point for prospective new players or third parties enquiring about our club. Such third parties include but are not limited to:
- Liverpool Catholic Club directors
- IHNSW officials
- media organisations
- parents/guardians of prospective new players
Regularly attend committee meetings.
Support committee majority decisions and overall club objectives.

Provide feedback from coaches to assist the committee in decision-making on behalf of coaches.
Formulate and implement the Club coaching philosophy and program.
Take primary responsibility for team selections for all teams.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate social events and fundraising.
Assist the Club Registrar with player registrations.
Assist the Secretary with maintenance of club membership records on our database.
Organise Scorers and Time keepers.
Organise Volunteers (pulling nets, getting pucks ready, etc.)
Assist with setting up teams for summer competition.
Assist with tryouts for teams in winter competition.
Help to organise friendly games between Saints teams and other clubs.
Regularly attend committee meetings.
Support the committee’s majority decisions and overall club objectives.

Attend committee meetings on a regular basis.

The LCC Saints Ice Hockey Club ('Saints') is proudly supported by the Liverpool Catholic Club (LCC) in Sydney's South West.

Saints is committed to bringing the fast-paced excitement of ice hockey to the Liverpool community. With access to one of Australia’s premium ice facilities at the LCC Sports Complex, Saints will offer the opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to be a part of the action, thrills and emotion that are intrinsic to this fantastic team sport.

Our hockey programs cater for beginners and more experienced players. Highly motivating and innovative training methods from some of Australia’s foremost coaches ensure our new recruits have lots of fun while learning the fundamentals of this sensational game.

While winning is certainly a goal for us, our club will always place greatest importance on the pleasure that comes from learning more about this wonderful sport, being part of a great club and from enjoying the company of fellow members and their friends.
